likely tax break... for couple years. Still a win for SG... and high end tech manufacturing is hard. Help to build sg workforce.

I only hope more SG born sporns are in this project.

It's a fallacy this whole thing about tech transfer to build workforce... I think enough data in edb to show that foreign co don't really do that. They just want the tax holidays... Philip Yeo once asked if our scientists going to wash test tubes or what for the top guys that come into SG for research. Look at how many biomed came got all the benefits and then return to their hometown to patent stuff...
