According to the National Resistance Center, a website launched by the Special Operation Forces of Ukraine's military, Russian forces had to cut internet and mobile connection in Kherson, in an attempt to "isolate" the city. As Moscow sought to create an information blockade in Kherson during the counteroffensive.

"In the future, Russians plan is to leave the city without communications, television, and radio broadcasting," according to the National Resistance's report.

Even if Russia stop the special operation and withdraw its troop, Ukraine is still not consider as winner but can be considered as successfully manage to defend its territory from Russian aggression ..... Rolleyes

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier visits Kyiv. My message to the Ukrainians is that we are not only standing by your side. We will continue to support Ukraine, economically, politically and also militarily," the president said after his arrival.

His message to Germans at home, Steinmeier said, was: "Let's not forget what this war means for the people here in Ukraine. How much suffering, how much destruction there is. The people in Ukraine need us."

Turkish Baykar's small reconnaissance drones, for example, can fly 10 kilometers and stay in the air for 60 minutes. The company's large TB2 drones can fly up to 300 kilometers.

While if Atlas drone breaks, it cannot be repaired on the spot – it must be brought back to Latvia, where all the necessary spare parts are available. To solve this problem and make the delivery of drones to the battlefield faster and easier, Tolchinsky is thinking about opening a production facility in Ukraine. He is not the only drone manufacturer interested in it:

Turkish company Baykar said in September it would set up a factory in Ukraine to produce its famous Bayraktar drones.

Ukraine has a big pool of engineers (prewar number: 285,000 specialists) and an ideal location for delivering drones across Europe, The demand for drones will only grow over time, according to Tolchinsky. In Ukraine.

"The future of war is a battle between drones — not soldiers," he said. "Drones will use artificial intelligence to make decisions whether to attack or not, saving human lives and costs."
