Fed hiked rates yesterday and sora rates dropped? So Singapore now is delinked from USD or Fed?

For some countries, the vehicle loan interest rates are reaching 10%.

This is overnight sora...there is 1 week 1 month 3 months and 6 months. Overnight has been falling sharply same as on HK
