Not trying to stir anything here but back in my times of NS, it is almost unheard of Malay taking important positions and even if have will not be in positions that can inflict maximum damage like tank gunner, machine gunner etc. As years go by I seeing a lot of news a Malay arty officer! Artillery can inflict a lot damage. I still thought infantry officer will do. I guess SAF has really let go a lot. I wonder really wonder is that a blessing in disguise hmmm.....
