The gap in the socket, hairline cracks and uneven walls, their contractors can easily fix when they do their own reno and painting.
This kind of people are perfectionists and should build their own homes next time.

If serious about defects, shd engage professionals to do the checking, for poor water proofing, external wall slippages, concealed pipe leakages, ...

all along like this come BTO flats.
paste stickers here and there . Got fix properly is another story.
but even these flaws so call fix , in future leakage etc you also don't know.
Remember Sengkang BTO flats? the floor pop up. The HDB so call engineers etc go check
claim due to weather. Remember that period suddenly weather turn very cooling and cold.
Is like hot and cold contract and thus make the floor crack.
Nevertheless what to do ? As now they are using " moulding ways to construct stalk by stalk .
in fact stalking is not say good but good is time reduced come constructing.
those old HDB flat upgrade , got extra room also got problem after years. This extra room pre mould just like new BTO flat current.
Due to aging etc , the leakage will form.
