This, I agree with you. Why are they keeping the current buyer under wraps and dragging it until a new Buyer is found?

Buyer is a trust fund at UBS a foreign bank. Surely this itself has violated the rules of owning a landed property. Has UBS seeks approval just like any non Spore citizens for the deal? If the trust fund is a new citizen holdings why cannot disclose for ALL to know?
