Minister Edwin Tong mentioned a video clip taken at a Marine Parade walkabout, saying it was taken out of context by some sites for a political objective.
The man who took the video clarified the circumstances, noting that the mood at the table was “entirely cordial.”

People don’t like u means don’t like you
We are not kids, we can interpret situations
I was at one walkabout last elections, where Tan Cheng Bock was present
You can see the warm reception
People STOOD UP as he approached the table
Here, ET, AS A MINISTER, as to go round, yet people really no Hui

Why never interview that Uncle who showed the middle finger?
So artistic some more
Why clarified with the video taker? Wat the fcuk does he know about mood
The video showed clearly uncle showing middle finger to Edwin Tong, nothing to clarify
Work harder Edwin, no one there likes you

All this bashing amounts to nothing if he does not lose his seat. Just like in past election rallies we see ppl swarming to listen to the opposition but in the end results show that the majority still want pap as govt.

Never underestimate the daftness and gullibility of sinkie.
Publicly display of unhappiness and dislikeness against higher mortals don't necessary converted to votes one in red dot.
Moi leemember back in 2006 there ish a lot of sinkie anger in red dot too, moi on a number of occasions actually see with own eyes that sinkie showing middle finger to higher mortals walkabout or on the road when one of the higher mortal erection van\lorry pass-by. Also show public booing at higher mortals at their own rally. At one time even saw a uncle jiak half way then immediately carry his food and kopi to walk off to another table to continue makan never give face when a higher mortal approached his table during a walk about. All these anger had never been felt so publicly in past erection one.
This led to many daft and gullible sinkie start dreaming that higher mortals might actually for once in history lost the erection, or at least lose the 2/3 majority seats.
Yet the end result ish 666 and with higher mortals still winning majority seats, even cost chiam his SMC seat somemore as the fake optimistic from the widespread display of public anger from sinkie at that time might have mislead him to step out of his comfort zone to go contest a GRC.
So the lesson learnt at that time ish that sinkie maybe angry at higher mortals, but when it come to voting most are still 666.
There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.
But now, they'll only do it for money.
