Most public hospitals and polyclinics are rescheduling Sept 1 appointments and surgeries. It will be a public holiday if the presidential election is held.

Anyway, who said polyclinics/ GPs can close?

Aren't they essential services?
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
