Because on his recorded visits, he was found to have visited the hospital so many times that it is very normal to ask this question.

"Went into A&E for constant headache and Lightheadedness and black out. (I was already on MC) ..."
doesn't sound like an emergency. shd get a referral to see a specialist instead

what's wrong with asking PES status and length of service?
The doctor should send him to IMH for one month's treatment.

those a&e doctors are not kids. to extend current mc shd go back to the doctor who issued the mc for assessment right?

May consider refer to medical board for down grade PES.
My son was PES C9 and having drug allergies
When BMT in a country
He was having high fever and camp Dr said to him Chao Keng
Constantly having high body temperature still refused refer him to Hospital
Use icy water to bring down his body temperature
After 24 hours his body temperature never subsided I had to ......
At last ...refer him to Hospital
He was having serious Sinus after diagnosis.
Never jump to conclusion without checking NSF medical records or consult his family any medical history

You know how long it takes to get an appointment to see a specialist?
By that time he'll either be in serious trouble or recovered already.

what did he expect from the a&e doctors there? a&e means accidents and emergencies. would you go there for insomnia?
worst if because yr parents or relatives work there as admin, you expect the doctor to accede to yr demand

Depends on whether the specialist is from govt hospital or private clinics. I remembered I scheduled one with a private one before and it was quite fast.

Interesting statement..
"Then he accused me of missing my appointments and when I told him the doctors couldn’t find the cause and didn’t offer to do anymore tests he quickly said no and put his finger to my face????"
So did the guy really missed his medical appointments or did the doctor (I supposed is another A&E doc from the previous visit or specialist) discharged him after finding nothing wrong??
1 more thing that doesn't seem right is he is NSF, so see doc in camp is free, MO refer him to specialist, medical bills all covered. Yet, he chose to go A&E (you pay $100+ yourself), and I supposed more than once?

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

MO and hospital specialists attending to service men always have that chao keng mentality or maybe it's an unspoken SOP to assume it first.
I happened to experienced this decades ago. Until I was so pissed off I told the specialist that what's the extreme thing he can do for me, he said an ops to tighten my ankle. So I told him go ahead and do it so I can go back to combat condition. Then guess what? He did another examination and then said ops no use cos I have ligament laxity and it's inborn so he downgraded me. Fucking waste of time and resource for the multiple visits (SAF paid for it but still a waste of monies). And the downgrade happened like couple of months before I ORD...
I don't even want to be downgraded. I just want my ankle to stop getting dislocated or twisted easily. Imagine it can get twisted even when I'm in my boots.. and running I had 2 ankle guards on the bad ankle to hold it in place so I can run (can still top 10 in my co during my unit days). Lol
