Singapore leaders were quick and immediate in reacting to recent Russian invasion of Ukraine
But slowly dragging their feet in dealing with ExxonMobil and Shell oil refinery in Singapore causing massive damages to world's environment and lost of lives.
What have Singapore leaders done so far?
