In the east and west, there lie
Two great nations 'neath the sky
One with stars and stripes unfurled
One with red and yellow swirled

Two ancient lands with modern might
Both forging paths, with futures bright
Yet sometimes tension fills the air
And people wonder, do they care?

But let us hope that through it all
Both nations rise, and both stand tall
With hands extended, hearts ablaze
To bridge the gap, and heal the frays

For though they differ in many ways
Their similarities still amaze
Their strength, their passion, and their drive
Can bring about a world alive

So let us raise our voices high
And sing of peace, before we die
Let USA and China stand as one
And usher in a brighter sun.
