This "evil man" has seen it all...over last 100 years and witness the stupidities from 11 US Presidency from Nixon until Biden today.
So it is no surprise to me that one of his best known quote is about the danger his own country can be to the World.

And BTW, he was born in the same year as LKY and both were great "friends" ever they 1st met in 1967 having disagreement over the Vietnam War.
