[JUST IN] đź’°There will be a personal income tax rebate of 50% for the Assessment Year 2024, capped at S$200.
The rebate will cost the government S$350 million.
The income threshold for dependant-related tax reliefs will also be raised from S$4,000 to S$8,000 with effect from Assessment Year 2025. #SGBudget2024

If your tax payable is $100, you just need to pay $50. If your tax payable is $2000, you need to pay $1800.
