Lawrence Wong declines to quantify tax incentives, citing limits of data and economic necessity

Quantifying tax incentives is politically sensitive, especially if the figures are perceived as being too high or if they are seen to benefit certain industries or companies more than others. By avoiding specific quantification, PM LW is able to mitigate potential criticism and controversy. All our politicians are not risk takers.
