          Good term is capital reduction exercise.

Both mean the same thing but PAP wants to dress it nicely.

But just imagine if 1.85 Billion to be distributed to 1.7 million policy holders, how much each will get , why does not NTUC insurance issue this as the bonus to all policies holders to thank them for their loyalty??
