The absence of several Umno leaders from a divisional-level closed-door meeting with party president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi is believed to be due to their disappointment over the Federal Territories Pardons Board’s decision.

Several division leaders contacted by Malaysiakini said they were "not interested" in hearing an explanation from Zahid in the meeting that was held in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday...
