The same proportion of employers (69 per cent) believes such an arrangement could improve productivity levels, said recruitment firm Robert Walters on Sept 24.

Then set 4 days work week and shorter hours, lah

Of course most employers are ok with a 4-day work week since they will still email, call or message their subordinates on the other 3 days anyway. Not a day passes when I am not contacted by my boss even though I officially have a 5-day work week now.

The gap is too big.
Companies doing 5.5 days 5.25 days how to lure people from joining.
There are some doing 6 days which include OT.

The society divided will be wider if "Welfare" is not shared.
To have more holidays would be fairer.
