So actually this Chee Hong dunno that there are tons of shit going to explode in his Transport Department and he shiok shiok went off overseas for holiday or something. That means HC blew the whistle thinking that she is helping him. Now everyone knows this Chee Hong was shiok shiok somewhere while this happened.
Lucky he came back or more shit will be poured on him by oppies.

Actually no need COI....just ask to see their maintenance checklist. Definitely this axle box is not in the list. No need rocket science, anybody with common sense will notice the box getting loose before it drops off..
