Brigadier-General (BG) David Neo, currently Deputy Secretary (Technology), will take over from Major-General (MG) Goh Si Hou as Chief of Army (COA) on 10 March 2022. This change is part of the process of leadership renewal in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

All the generals in the SAF is following pinkys' footstep, never having fought in a war and all hands as soft as pinkys'.

To them, army is just a stepping stone to a cushy civilian post. Defend the country? I think most of them will flee when the tide is against us.

Put him in Russia or Ukraine he will be Platoon Chief better than many here.
