You all are stupid or what? Just got CC and fill up the volunteer form. After you submit they will screen you and if clear will allow you to attend meetings and they observe you for a few months before confirming you as member. So make sure you act properly, andafterthat can apply for cheap car park label and enjoy many benefits.
