The Bible recorded instances of incest in ancient times like a newspaper would publish reports of close kinship relationships in modern times. Incest is prohibited in the Bible. Is reporting such behaviour by people who do not believe in or obey God an indication that God condones such behaviour? What kind of twisted logic is that? Such prohibitions are found predominantly in the Scriptures. In ancient times, tribal nations preferred marriage to their own relatives with marriages between cousins normal. This is not condoned by Christians and most countries these days, but was common behaviour for Egyptians and certain people in the Middle East - who are not Christians - in ancient times.

Agreed with you lah! Big Grin Leviticus has laws against incest they could even be stoned to death lah! But in the New Testament there're reports of incest too lah!
