Because pay is low. HR will tell you got this progressive pay rise blah blah blah..but many are turn off...they think of the low pay 1st few year they sian half time liao....and somemore progressive is not like increase pay 50%...and not guarantee sure progress...now workers not stupid anymore like those time when my parent will work long hours for low pay...
