Most important is to check how much he will loss if he sells now after the numner of years. If price has escalated like Singapore then you might as well buy one for land banking.

Remember when Goh Chok Tong labelled S'poreans who left for greener pastures as "quitters"? I certainly hope Woody did not label his daughter, Jin Theng, who lives in London with her English husband, as a quitter too. I really do not blame my fellow countrymen who move overseas to escape the overcrowding and uncontrolled inflation in SG. Those who voted with their feet are "survivors" and not the quitters that Woody has made them out to be.

not surprising rah, While been Minister, PM , MP tell you " How they love SG this is why they serve as Politicians etc etc tell us the people must stay in motherland this and that.
But some will chill at oversea with their high pay cheques over the years as politician after they step down or lose in GE , don't have any call up from " Close PAP related corporation , high profile people " than will go relax at oversea. Look at George Yeo , surely there are quite a lot ex MP, Ministers , top civil servants now retire in rich at oversea.

KL condo tactically speaking also got a High Pricing there of course depend which one , that atas one former Najab wife hide her luxury bags there heard is not cheap.
