Nine Vietnamese women arrested for online prostitution

Nine Vietnamese women aged between 21 and 31 were arrested by the police on suspicion of engaging in prostitution online. Among them, six people's short-term visit passes were cancelled and deported.

According to a police statement, officers from the Criminal Investigation Bureau and three police stations raided multiple units in two apartments in Middle Road on Wednesday (July 21). Preliminary investigation revealed that the nine women arrested were suspected of providing sexual services through prostitution websites, in violation of the Women's Charter.

Six women aged between 22 and 31 have had their short-term visit passes cancelled and they will also be deported. The police are still investigating the other three.

Knnah, I saw the title saying online prostitution. For a moment I thought these Vietnamese gals are getting very innovative and wonder how they deliver their products by mail delivery, grab or deliveroo......... Big Grin
