The Japanese car manufacturer Nissan will transfer its Russian business to the country there for 1 euro, taking a loss of approximately 707 million euros, Reuters reports.

The shares of Nissan's Russian business will be acquired by the Russian state-owned company NAMI, the Japanese automaker announced. The deal should give Nissan the right to buy back its business within six years, Russia's auto industry and its trade minister said.
