Most people buy condos only, semi-d if they can afford but how many can afford standalone landed property in good location? Maybe some CEOs can afford

Last time landed was not that expensive but the pay was also much lower. My relative bought a semi-d at East Coast for 1 million now worth 10 over millions.

Those who had brought a house a decade ago will make a lot of money, as the price of landed properties escalate, and these houses are hard to come by........

u contemplate selling 5 millions the decision is not trivial.
