No basis for employers to cut pay if flexi-work does not affect productivity: Gan Siow Huang

Ms Gan said that flexible work arrangements are not limited to flexi-place arrangements (like working from home), and did not mean workers will be less productive.

True, private sector absolute majority will not implement if so.
Also if is using AI to take some of jobs, how can the pay be the same.

Many policies are less than half utilised, as private sector to be least "up grade".
Ms Gan told Parliament that use of the Credit was higher among younger age groups, with close to 40 per cent of those in their 30s having spent any of it, compared with around 25 per cent of those over 60.

Ms Gan said some Singaporeans have not used their credits due a lack of time as well as the opportunity cost of going for upskilling courses.

She know nothing. WFH and Flexi time are most unproductive. Most of my female colleagues prefer to WFH. Now with Flexi-time more opportunities to eat snake. Will see more opting for flexi-time.
