GST exemption only given to Changi Airport why not Jurong East or West?
When request were made to Medisave for exemption on certain medical conditions the usual retort is
'What happens if everybody makes the same request?'
Why in this case the same retort is not applicable?

Doesn't matter absorb by whom, but my point is that gst is absorbed, not exempt. GST is exempted here.

Sometimes retailers absorb because the landlord offers some discount to them to encourage them to do so. In this case CAG could be the one.

The fact is why CAG a subsidiary of Ministry of Finance could absorbed GST in Changi Airport but not elsewhere?
Why Ministry of Finance allowed such questionable policy?

Just realized got a typo just now. It should be 'GST is not exempted here'.

I'm not sure who is absorbing the gst. Could be retailers or CAG. If it is CAG, it could be in the form of rental rebates as a form of encouragement. Or it could just be CAG pressurizing the retailers to absorb the gst. Dun think MOF will question this.
