Angmo eat their eggs not like our kopi tiam style where they break open the egg and scoop and pour the contents into a small bowl then add black soy, pepper and sesame oil.
The angmo got a special egg cup to hold the egg up while they knock a small hole on the top part of the egg then they scoop out with a small spoon to eat like ice cream. Big Grin
