So easy to arrest the rich escaping taxes. Just erect another tax that goes with annual wealth as basis for computation. Anyone with less than 5mil in assets are exempted from it. Anyone with 5mil in assets to their name or trust will be taxed at 0.5% of the wealth on annual basis.
