Likely they use program bidding. How do they manually bid one by one?

Last time, a few years back, already observed that the COE biddings suddenly jumped up at the last 15 minutes.

At least $10 mil to hold the COE price to earn many millions from the rest of the COE held by others.

I think COE is high because LTA love it high
so all the car distributors will want to make LTA happy by bidding high

else LTA can make life hard for them if LTA didnt get the results they desire

after all, high coe are paid by consumers not distributers

High COE =

happy banks - higher loan
happy distributers - continue their power
happy LTA - more income
Happy IRAS - more taxes from bank
Happy insurance - more premium due to higher value

only consumers are the idiots paying for everyone to be happy
