I didn't know China has so much corruption...as they are so civilised.
Anyway the punishment sometimes is death so these guys really deeply corrupt

I didn't know you're so ignorant. You know the population of China or not? And they start from a low base. It's extremely difficult to eradicate corruption unless you have a strong and incorruptible leader. Even then, it's not possible to totally clean the system.
It's not that US dun have corruption. They have plenty of it that you couldn't see.
