also need to inculcate good toilet habits.

some think it is a trash. after wiping with tissue throw into urine bowl. after used of sanitary pad throw on side of bowl.
some cannot aim one still want to stand. spread all over the place.

other is design problem. if washing basin has bigger sides that is slope inwards then lesser chance of water on floor. unless those idiots like to bring water to wash foot.

after all it is a public place how it is reflect the standards and expectations. just very few maybe 2 percent of users who dirty the place.
