PAP can do the usual. 

Just change the constitution and Kenneth Mak can be PM tomorrow. 

PAP never do things with our approval anyway.

Tharman can do 2 term enuf liao. Many develop countries their PM or President only limited to 1 or 2 term only and they doing well.
