It is strange when a high ranking official is corrupt it is serious and bad the look at the Singapore case it was condemned for days onthjs forum. Look at Najib case it was discussed for months.
Strangely for Chjna corruption jnvolving Defense minister , some.are saying its happens everywhere no big deal
Imagine you are a soldier using weapons that corruption has compromised.
Corruption in any country shows flaws and defects of the ruling structure.

Two Ministers got caught and sacked at about the same time. It has to be a record> I worked in Suzhou before. Then corruption was rampant. Thought they had it under control under Xi's administration.
