Assume 12 month FD
20,000 3.9% = X
2,000 0.5% = Y
(X + Y / 22,000) * 100 = 3.5+% so is this attractive? I don't really think so. Unless the 2,000 savings account give super high interest else I think it is close to the non-bundle iSavvy 12 month FD at 3.55%
