Just read thr average salary of a CEO of a large Corp is between 200 and 350 times the average employee wage within these companies.
These same companies while posting record profits on the stock market claim they need to raise prices to cover expense and cannot afford to pay employees more.
Think about that.
My solution a cap on CEO pay to 20x the average wage in the company. And a required equal percentage increase to any price increases across the board for employees.
IMO this would stabilize both and everyone in the company would benefit as the company does better.
So provides stabilization of prices and wages while also providing incentive to everyone.
