Orders of some Lazada sellers wrongly cancelled due to 'operational error'

No wonder 2 of my orders with voucher and promotion got cancelled. It was stated as customer cancelled which I didn't.
The original one was the problem with the supplier delivering only 1 sim card instead of the equipment. They gave me a voucher. Money paid was converted to a voucher.
The voucher was used to purchase another item. This means I lose out because they only refund the amount of money paid.
