The Govt should introduce Burning Levy of $500 per kg of paper burnt

People living on the low level cannot afford to pay for expensive medical bills cause by others

Worst, some blocks are used by 5 others due to coffee shops and carpark

So they get this burning 20- to 30 times a year!

My front of the block, other blocks with Buddhist funeral also come and burn

The back of my block, they use the huge cage to burn until the grass patch is black and

old trees have brown leaves all the time

Really 2C + 1Z.

Govt must only allow funerals and not Toaist prayers/ ghost worshipping/ Buddhist festives at HDB

HDB becomes a place for people who do not want to go temples, then tear down temples, lah

Also, to be fair- Christains, Muslims and Zen must be allowed to hold family events at HDB open space

And the papers they use, is alot. 

Need 5 people to manage.
