Happen to download back one service app, noticed they don't show others complaints. Last time when they first launch it , I download and see. Can view other residents complains which part in your neighbourhood now they remove it.
Only can view your complaint.
I feel they don't want to put themselves back " as civil/public servant " partly if you can see other complaints if a lot means your MP , TC not working.
