Mostly the Msian minorities race. Msian lagi happy all the minorities all disappear lagi better.

Afaik Spore and Msia side no tie down so can bluff. Last time they say Spore got hdb cannot buy ppty in Msia but who enforce? Two different countries with two different army leh

why cannot? All along can.

Remember PRs can buy HDB flat from resale market.

Now the trend is , PRs rather Own it than rent from locals. Is more worth it as later these PRs can sell high back in resale market even sell low a bit they still profits as they are PRs , remember they can withdraw all money from their CPF.
