The suspects are aged between 15 and 80, and the scams they are allegedly involved in are mainly phishing, loan, job, e-commerce, government and China official impersonation as well as investment types.

If ppl are not squeezed to the corner,many won't bother. When there is lesser scam cases, you ignored. Its spread like fire with many crooks enticing and recruiting to become scammers. Collecting too much salary not upholding initial standard of building the nation based on justice and equality

means A LOT Jobless , worst stuck in debts so how? " The fastest way to get money " so there you go....they take " the risk " to be " runner " for these scam organisation.

The jobless and under- Employment has been a 12 Years problem
that was ignored or covered- up with their one-sided push for excess FTs

Either be scammers or just go and rob FTs/ PRs since they are given good career prospects. Otherwise, work till 80 years old or hold some high risk jobs.
