I find the govt really slow at tackljng this problem

Smugglers and vappers will continue their 无法无天 act openly unless the the Law gets changed.  Our SG's Pioneer generation were very DECISIVE against CRIMINALS who paddles 15 grams of heroin, 30 grams of cocaine, 250 grams of methamphetamine and 500 grams of cannabis when we were still a 3rd world country.

So why are we waiting or apparent hesitancy in our 1st world #1 efficient institution today ???
