not enough jobs. be aware when foreigner interview you. their aim is to find how not to employ you so that they can reserve the position for their country man, wonder how much they can get out of the introduction.

when they bid low to get local projects and assign their country man to leadership position many are not qualify one. see soldiers on horses is when the project will run into many problems and the company who give these contract eventually suffers. maintenance become a problem later as cheap will come with a price of cannot maintain. better to go thru and do prevention early before the problem eventually come back to bite.
