A five-room HDB flat in Clementi recently changed hands for S$1.3 million, setting a new record for apartments of its size in the estate. Apartment in question is located in Block 440C Clementi Avenue 3, part of the Clementi Cascadia BTO estate.

Its minimum occupation period (MOP) period ended last year.

5-room flat at 440C Clementi Avenue 3 sold for S$1.3 million in June 2024. A five-room HDB flat in Clementi recently changed hands for S$1.3 million, setting a new record for apartments of its size in the estate.

Apartment in question is located in Block 440C Clementi Avenue 3, part of the Clementi Cascadia BTO estate. Its minimum occupation period (MOP) period ended last year.

This transaction breaks record for the most expensive five-room flat in the estate.

Previous record was held by another flat — also located in Clementi Cascadia — that was sold for S$1.28 million last January.

Located on relatively low floor
Most interesting fact about flat is how it commanded such a high price despite sitting between fourth and sixth floors — relatively low levels compared to other million-dollar HDB flats.
