There are a few of this in a local mall. First time I tried to rest on one.
Its just one of many PAP fark up design. U cant lean on it. It also prevent anyone to lie on it.
Will PAP ever do something that could be of use? I know collecting obscene salary is legally corrupted. Any better than Malaysia?
