a business has choice to decide how they manage their business and their target customers range, range of services. public opinion another matters. old time thinking of cannot chose customers is only from boss to workers as that will create problem for boss.
in this case boss decide so boss got to face the problem of hit back by not happy people. (not customers as not in their range of targeted customers.) may also invite legal attack as if they put in clause like that how far is it from apartheid?
