The whole PAP Organization is causing alot of problems for us
when PAP is not effective/ efficient in the 3 AREAS
1) Managing their expenses ie disGrace buy Gold Dustbin
2) No Coalition Party to check on them
3) Many available Reports are not used to measure cost of living, non- citizens in the workforce
