If Shell cannot sell Bukom refineries, it should simply close it down and.move out.
The world is committed to reduce carbon emission target by 2030 and reach Zero by 2050.

Petrol still in use in Singapore ,oil refinery still needed....should close other type of business ....

If that happens i.e. Shell writes off and moves out, it will be nationalized for free and Temasek can take over and manage it. This is a profitable enterprise and dun think PAP will waste it. So don't worry, plans A, B, and C are in place waiting to be activated by PAP.
