For such cases shouldn't the police called the conman in for questioning and arrest him, freeze bank account to recover the money immediately?

Why victim has to make a TikTok video to get attention for his plight.

people if buy car will pay with bank draft and immediate transfer.
any delay is risk to money paid.

worse what if police said this is commercial.

amount too much to claim small claim.
so will become expensive as well to go legal recourse. hope police no say is commercial treat as criminal swindle.
